A student has the right, for any reason,
to cancel their attendance at the Academy prior to the start
of classes. Additionally, a student has the right, for any
reason, to withdraw prior to the completion of classes.
Likewise, the school has the right to dismiss students prior
to the completion of their program if the student is found
to be in breach of the student conduct and dismissal policy.
Refund of tuition money is governed
by the policies set forth in the Refund Policy for Early
Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Termination/Dismissal. Notification
of withdrawal or cancellation and requests for refunds must
be in writing.
