General Admission Requirements

Any person who meets the following criteria is eligible for application to the National Academy of Massage Therapy's Massage Therapy Diploma Program or Reflexology Diploma Program:

1. Is at least 18 years of age or older.
2. Submits an LSB application along with a $40.00 application fee.
3. Submits a $100.00 refundable tuition deposit to reserve seat in class.
4. Submits a medical release form from their physician stating that they are in good general physical and mental health, free of communicable diseases, and are physically and mentally able to both give and receive massage. Student assumes all costs of obtaining medical release.
5. Visits the school and has a personal interview with an Admissions Representative.
6. Submits a copy of high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
7. Has experienced at least one professional massage.
