- All payments remitted to the school
shall be refunded to you, the student, if you are found
to be ineligible to attend or you withdraw prior to the
beginning of classes.
- If you, the student, cancel or withdraw
more than 5 calendar days after enrollment but prior to
the start of the program, you shall be entitled to a full
refund. You will receive the refund within 30 days of
cancellation in writing.
- If you, the student, enroll and
then withdraw, discontinue, or are dismissed after the
program has begun but prior to the completion of the program,
the following refunds apply. Please take note that notification
of withdrawal and requests for refunds must be in writing.
- For a student withdrawing from or discontinuing
the program during the first 7 calendar days of the
program, the tuition charges refunded by NAMTHS shall
be 75% of the tuition.
- For a student withdrawing from or discontinuing
the program after the first 7 calendar days, but within
25% completion of the program, the tuition charges
refunded by NAMTHS shall be 55% of the total tuition.
- For a student withdrawing or discontinuing after
25% completion of the program but within 50% of the
program, the tuition charges refunded by NAMTHS shall
be 30% of the total tuition.
- For a student withdrawing from or discontinuing
the program after 50% completion of the program, the
student is entitled to no refund.
- Official Withdrawal Date is considered
to be the last recorded date of attendance.
- Refunds are issued through the office
of the Executive Director.
The tuition refund to which students
are entitled as a result of withdrawal or dismissal is governed
by the regulations of the Pennsylvania State Board of Private
Licensed Schools. Students who are eligible for refunds
will receive the greater of the following:
- The refund set forth in the Enrollment
Agreement (which is in accordance with the Pennsylvania
State Board of Private Licensed Schools)
- If a state regulation is changed
after enrollment, the refund prescribed by the new regulation
will be provided.
