All student records are permanently
kept on file. Students may access their files during regular
office hours in the presence of the school Executive Director
or Acting Director. All student records are confidential.
All requests for official copies of
transcripts must be in writing and signed by the student.
The first copy of a student's official transcript is provided
free of charge. For each additional copy, there is a charge
of $5.00. Students should allow 7-10 working days for administrative
processing of their request.
